The building was designed with the arts connection to the city in mind. The building is on stilts and just off the High Line making it accessible to more visitors.

The building was designed to fit into a small plot of land. Its unique design makes it feel open and interconnected.

The new campus is being built on a former industrial site. The campus is integrated with the surrounding community.

With this enormous number of people rushing in, Midtown Manhattan has become one of the most densely populated areas in the world. This brings up the issue - how can Manhatten keep itself renovated with so many buildings stacked on top of it? There are areas of Manhattan that are becoming old and outdated, but performing the renovations can be quite a challenge.
