In the past few years, technological advances have affected the field of archaeology. The program explains some of the new approaches to analyzing tree marks, rocks, sediment, and vegetable debris to date objects and provide a larger context for them. Finally, we look at the preservation of artifacts by means of a new nuclear technology. (23 minutes)
